1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified via email if any delays occur.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada using reliable postal and courier services.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

4. Handling & Packaging

We take special care in packing each item to ensure safe delivery. Crystals and fragile items are packaged with protective materials to minimize breakage. Handling fees are included in the shipping charges.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. Most carriers update tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately at majorminerals@aol.com. We will guide you through the claim process with the carrier or provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. Save all packaging and damaged items before filing a claim.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations. We do not ship hazardous items that violate postal/courier regulations. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses in countries we do not service.

8. Returns & Exchanges

For returns initiated by the customer, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty. Refunds or exchanges are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

9. Order Accuracy & Address Verification

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
